Shipping preparations will be completed within 1-3 business days. If there will be a delay we will contact you. Brown Lillie Ltd Co is not responsible for orders once they have left our business. Once shipped all liability is held by the shipping company and the purchaser. Brown Lillie will not refund lost or stolen packages. 

Brown Lillie Ltd Co and it's owners are not liable to refund purchases due to false 'not as described' claims filed against credit card payments. 

All payments are final once products are shipped.
